Then decide how you want to celebrate afterwards: pick a Classic Party with an activity session and reserved mezzanine space where you can bring your own food and cake, or upgrade to a Premium Party with a private party room, pizza and slush provided. For a stress-free, VIP-style celebration, our Premium Party is the ultimate choice. Start with a thrilling one-hour session in either the Adventure Arena (packed with ninja obstacles and the Strike Arena) or Clip 'n Climb (our exciting climbing challenges), suitable for ages 5 and up.
Once the adventure ends, your private party room will be waiting. We’ll serve up hot, tasty pizzas and refreshing slushies while you enjoy cake, presents and all the birthday fun.
There’s no need to bring extra food (unless you’d like to add your own snacks or cake), and we take care of all the setup and cleaning so you can relax and make memories.
Perfect for those who want an all-in-one party experience that feels extra special — with zero hassle for parents
Classic Parties:
Our Classic Party is perfect for those who want to keep things simple but still pack in the excitement. Kick things off with an hour of non-stop action in either our Adventure Arena (with ninja obstacles and the Strike Arena) or Clip 'n Climb (fun, colourful climbing challenges), suitable for children aged 5 and up.
After the activity session, head to your reserved mezzanine space to celebrate in your own style. Bring along your own food, snacks and birthday cake — we provide plates, cups, napkins and a tablecloth so you can focus on the fun.
Classic Parties are a great choice for families who love a flexible, relaxed approach to birthdays while still making the day truly special.

What party flavours can we choose from?
We offer two awesome party options:
Adventure Arena Parties, where guests can enjoy our Strike Arena and ninja obstacle challenges (requires grip socks, which we provide).
Clip ‘n Climb Parties, featuring our fun, colourful climbing walls (requires trainers).
Pick whichever adventure suits your group best — both are guaranteed to get the heart racing and the smiles going.
Can we adjust the number of participants?
Yes! You can add participants anytime up to the day before your party, as long as we have space.
If you need to reduce the number, this can be done up to 7 days before your party. Unfortunately, we can’t offer reductions with less than 7 days’ notice.
What should guests wear?
For the Adventure Arena, we recommend gym-style clothing and grip socks (provided, or you can bring your own).
For Clip ‘n Climb, please wear trainers, tie back long hair, and remove jewellery.
What’s included in the party?
We provide everything you need for a fantastic celebration:
A fun-filled activity session (Adventure Arena or Clip ‘n Climb)
Grip socks or drop slide access, depending on party flavour
Plates, cups, napkins and tablecloth
Reserved party space (mezzanine or private party room, depending on package)
You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake, candles (don’t forget matches!), party bags, and extra snacks if you'd like. You can also upgrade to include squash or slush drinks.
When should we arrive and leave?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your session start time. This gives you plenty of time to check in, get settled, and be ready for the safety briefing.
Please avoid arriving too early (though you’re welcome to relax in our Crux Café), and arriving late may mean you miss part of your activity.
Our car park can get busy at peak times, so please allow extra time when planning your journey.
After your one-hour activity session, your party room or mezzanine space will be available for 45 minutes for food and celebrations. Parents will have access to set up slightly before the children arrive in the room.
What is your refund policy?
More than 14 days before: full refund available.
7–14 days before: you can reschedule your party to a new date.
Less than 7 days before: unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling options are available.
Do you provide party room decorations?
Some of our party rooms are themed.
We supply plates, cups, napkins and a tablecloth to make things easy. You’re welcome to bring extra decorations if you’d like, but please keep it simple and easy to tidy up.
What can we expect on the day?
When you arrive, our reception team will check you in and show you where to leave your things. You’ll meet your party coordinator, who’ll make sure you have everything you need.
Next, you'll have a safety briefing before heading into your one-hour activity session. About 15 minutes before the session ends, parents can head into the party room to get ready.
Once the children come in, you’ll have 45 minutes to enjoy pizza, slushies, cake, singing, and presents. Don’t worry — we’ll handle the clean-up!

Yes! A printable invitation is included in your confirmation email.
If you'd like printed copies, you can also collect them from the centre at any time before your party.
