Rockstar Adventure Booking Terms & Conditions
We want everyone to have a fun and safe time with us! These terms help us keep everything running smoothly so you can focus on the fun. By making a booking with us, you accept the general Terms of Booking below, as well as any additional terms that may accompany your specific booking or any terms included in your Acknowledgement of Risk required by all participants or supervisors entering our venues at Rockstar.
For the purposes of these terms
The term “Rockstar” refers collectively to Rockstar Climbing Limited, Freedog Swindon Limited, and all associated trading names, including but not limited to Rockstar Climbing & Fitness, Rockstar Bouldering & Fitness, Rockstar Adventure & Arenas, and The Crux Café & Bar. Any reference to “Rockstar” throughout this document includes all of the above entities and their staff, contractors, and representatives.
Making a booking with us
All sessions, parties, courses, and casual entry can be booked securely through this website using our online checkout. Bookings can also be made in person directly at Reception.
Rockstar will confirm all secured bookings by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the centre immediately.
Please note: a booking is not confirmed or secured until full payment is received. If payment is outstanding, Rockstar is not obliged to retain your booking and may release your space(s) even if you have received a confirmation email.
Minimum and maximum participant numbers vary depending on the activity. Rockstar reserves the right to alter bookings if minimum participation levels are not met. In those instances, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates or times. Refunds will not be given; however, if no immediate alternative is available, we will issue a Gift Voucher for the total value of the booking which can be used to rebook at a later date.
Cancelling or changing a booking
All booking cancellations or reschedule requests must be received at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
Between 7 and 14 days, bookings can be rescheduled or refunded to a Gift Voucher.
Less than 7 days, no changes or refunds are possible.
Missed sessions or incorrect bookings will not be rearranged or refunded.
Arriving for your session
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session start time.
Arriving late may mean you miss the safety briefing and you may not be permitted to join your session. No refund or reschedule will be offered in these cases.
Make sure you arrive at the correct venue for your booked session — check your confirmation email for the address and details.
All participants must complete our Acknowledgement of Risk before arrival.
Dressing appropriately
All participants should wear comfortable, suitable clothing for physical activity — similar to what you would wear to the gym.
Adventure Arena: Grip socks must be worn. You may bring your own or purchase them on-site.
Clip ’n Climb: Trainers must be worn. No jewellery, and long hair must be tied back.
Restrictive clothing (e.g. jeans), skirts, dresses, or hoods are not suitable. All jewellery, including rings and watches, should be removed. If a ring cannot be removed, it must be securely taped to reduce the risk of entrapment.
Health & fitness
By booking, you confirm that all participants are in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would make participation unsafe.
Supervision
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who remains on site throughout the activity, unless otherwise specified.
Safety & conduct
All participants must follow Rockstar staff instructions and adhere to all safety rules at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without refund.
Photography
We may occasionally take photos or video for promotional use. If you would prefer not to be included, please inform reception on arrival.
